1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using "LiveCap" (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Overview of the Subtitle Generation Function

The Software provides a feature that transcribes users' voices into text in real time and displays the resulting text as subtitles.

3. Handling of Audio Input and Explanation of AI Usage

1. When using the Software, users shall only use audio that they own or for which they have obtained proper authorization.
2. The Software utilizes FastWhisper (and Whisper, a general-purpose speech recognition model) to transcribe users’ voices into text in real time and to generate subtitles.
3. The Software employs AI technology to generate subtitles, and users are expected to fully understand this functionality before using the Software.
4. The use of the Software for purposes that infringe upon the rights (such as copyrights) of others is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited:

1. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of the Software.
2. Obtaining the Software from any channel other than the official sales channel designated by the developer.
3. Using the Software in violation of applicable laws or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
4. Uploading the Software to web services or platforms for third-party use.
5. Generation and production of malicious content using the Software.
